RETAIL CLIENTS
For the single unit retailer or multi franchise owner, Qualex will receive, assemble, inspect, deluxe and place in storage all items for future delivery. We can arrange delivery appointments and collect COD’s. Within 7 working days our Customer Service Dept. will call your clients and ask a short series of questions concerning their satisfaction with the delivery, items purchased and the retailers sales staff. Retailer Management is immediately notified of any negative responses.
As your items are received, after inspection and assembly, you will receive an automatic email notification as the items are placed into inventory and are available for delivery to your customers home. Upon delivery completion, automatic emails are sent in real time for verification to the retailer, eliminating phone calls and saving time.
Total inventory management in real time is available simply by going to the Qualex website www.qualexinc.com and entering your user name and password. Retailers can then view their stock status by item number, Purchase Order, Customer Name or Vendor.
