Clients specify if cartons are to be opened and if the items are to be inspected: either upon arrival, before pick-up by third parties or prior to customer delivery. If desired, only items with damaged packaging will be inspected. If items need repair, a digital photo is taken and emailed. Upon authorization, repairs will be made by Qualex. All items are bar coded, scanned, labeled and placed in our warehouse for future delivery. Clients are able to verify inventory, status and availability of their items via our web site. Account history and management reports are available via our web site.

Digital photos will verify any damages. If repairs are authorized, Qualex can complete them reasonably and in a timely manner with our experienced staff. Clients specify to what degree and what services are to be provided.
